Introduction

At PhysioNorth we are committed to making our clinic and website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We continuously work to improve the browsing experience and service in line with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Accessibility Adjustments to Service) Regulations, 5773-2013.

Accessibility level

This website has been adapted to meet the requirements of Israeli Standard IS 5568, Level AA, which is based on the WCAG 2.0 guidelines published by the W3C. The adaptations were implemented to enable comfortable and equal browsing for people with disabilities, and include:

• Clear focus indicators on every interactive element
• "Skip to main content" link at the top of every page
• Screen reader support, including image alt text and semantic headings
• ARIA labels on menus, buttons and form fields
• Sufficient color contrast in line with the standard
• Consistent page structure with headings, landmarks and ordered navigation
• Accessible forms with linked labels, error messages and autocomplete
• Full support for Hebrew RTL reading direction
• Respect for the user's prefers-reduced-motion preference

Parts that may not yet be fully accessible

Despite our efforts to make all pages and components accessible, parts of the site or third-party components (such as the Google Map embed and the WhatsApp launcher) may not yet be fully accessible or are not entirely under our control. We continue to improve accessibility on an ongoing basis.

Accessibility at the clinic
